SHIPPING - Our Concierge receives and reviews all orders and requests immediately. You will receive an email that your order has been received by Tournesol. If an item is in stock, we will send it to you within 4 days. It should arrive at your door within 7-10 days of your order. If an item is not in stock, we will send you an estimated ship date via e-mail.
We generally ship orders via US Priority Mail or UPS Ground Service. We are happy to expedite any item to you via Overnight or Second Day Delivery for an additional fee. We will notify you of the exact amount of shipping fee at the time of your order. We will not process expedited shipping until you confirm that the shipping charges are acceptable to you.
*FREE SHIPPING - We offer Free Shipping to one address in the continental United States on all Table Linen orders over $150 and on most other items. If your order does not reach a total of $150,without applicable taxes, the Free Shipping promotion does not apply. Free Shipping does not apply to Sales Tax. Free Shipping does not apply to Last Chance pricing or Promotional Pricing or Sale merchandise, unless noted as such. In those cases, Shipping Costs will be calculated at 10% of your total order. After you place your order, but before it is processed, you will be notified by e-mail as to the exact costs of shipping.
Items identified as requiring a "Special Shipping Quote" do not qualify for Free Shipping. Items identified as requiring "Special Shipping" are generally items that are oversized, especially fragile or that require special packaging, such as dinnerware or Statement Pieces. On these items, we will provide you with a price quote within 24 hours. We will not process your order until we receive confirmation from you that the shipping rate is acceptable.

Otherwise, for shipments to the Continental United States, the following charges apply to US Priority Mail or UPS Ground Service :
Purchases up to $50.00 ~ $8.95
$50.00 - $100.00 ~ $10.95
$100.00 - $150.00 ~ $12.95
Above $150.00 ~ 10% of your order
The above schedule does not apply if a Special Shipping Quote is required. In that event, we will contact you prior to processing your order so that you can approve the shipping charges.
There may be additional costs for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada. We will provide pricing information to you when we receive your order. We will not process your order until we receive confirmation for you that the shipping rate is acceptable.
PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNTS - Periodically we offer promotional discounts on certain purchases. Only one discount, in the form of a Coupon Code at checkout, can be used. Discounts cannot be combined to obtain a larger discount. Discounts do not apply to Shipping Charges or Sales Tax. Shipping Costs will be calculated at 10% of your total order. After you place your order, but before it is processed, you will be notified by e-mail as to the exact costs of shipping.
RETURNS - We want you to be thrilled with your purchase! If, for any reason you are not, we will accept authorized returns for Exchange, Store Credit or Credit in the manner in which the purchase was made, such as the credit card that was used for the purchase.
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of your purchases, of your intention to return any item. Please contact us at orders@tournesolgifts.com for a Return Authorization Number which must be included in the return package together with sales receipts and all other documents that you received. All items must unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.
You are responsible for payment of shipping costs to return the package to us. We recommend that you insure the package to avoid additional costs to you. We suggest that you also keep the tracking number for your reference. Shipping charges are not refundable.
If you are returning an item that was delivered to us as a result of our error, we will pay all costs associated with shipment of the item back to us. If you are returning an item that was shipped to you on a Free Shipping promotion, we will deduct the shipping amount, according to the Shipping Rates set forth above for items that do not offer free shipping, from the amount that you will receive in credit.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL 14 DAYS AFTER YOU RECEIVE THE ITEMS. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS PERIOD.
DAMAGED ITEMS - If an item is damaged in shipment, please notify us within 5 days of receipt of the item and we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number.
CUSTOM ORDERS - A Custom Order is an item that we order especially for you, which we normally would not stock. It may be a tablecloth custom sized for your table. It may be monogrammed dinner napkins. It may be custom color dinnerware. Custom Order items are clearly noted on the item to be purchased and on the Checkout page.
There are no returns or exchanges on Custom Orders. All Custom Orders must be paid in full in advance. We will accept cancellation of a Custom Order within 48 hours of the placement of your order. After 48 hours, the Custom Order is final and cannot be changed.
SPECIAL ORDERS - A Special Order is an item that we order especially for you. All Special Orders must be paid in full in advance. We will accept cancellation of a Special Order within 48 hours of the placement of your order. Some Special Orders cannot be returned or exchanged, such as dinnerware, flatware and glassware that we order specifically for you and that we will not be able to return. We will advise you prior to processing your order if this is the case.
GIFT CERTIFICATES - Gift Certificates can be purchased in any amount online or by contacting our Concierge. A Gift Certificate cannot be used to purchase online, but can be redeemed by calling our Concierge at our toll free number 866.682.0115.
PRIVACY - Your privacy is a top priority. We only request personal information in order to fulfill your requests for products, to process your order in an efficient and accurate manner and to contact you. We do not sell or share this information with anyone not essential for the processing of your order.
You are responsible for the privacy of the information included in your Registry Account. You may share information about your account to anyone you wish, but we will not answer questions about your account, unless you designate it to be public information.
GIFT WRAP - We offer a gift wrapping service at a cost of $5.00. We will box and gift wrap your gift in our signature red gloss paper tied with a yellow satin ribbon.
We also offer a Bobo Wrap gift service for $25.00. We will wrap your gift in a beautiful and environmentally friendly Bobo with our exclusive Red Sparkle or Yellow Sparkle Bobo. The price of the Bobo is included.
For many items, we will include a "Detail Card" providing background information on the item and a Gift Card, with sentiments as you wish.
PAYMENT - We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
SALES TAX - Pennsylvania Sales Tax of 6% and Allegheny County Sales Tax of 7% will be charged to all shipments made within Pennsylvania.
COLORS/FABRIC - We make our best effort to provide quality photographs of our items, reflecting the colors as closely as possible. Computer monitors differ in how they transmit colors. We cannot, therefore, guarantee that the color of the item will be exactly as shown on your computer. Color Comments have been added to certain items. If you are unsure about a color or a fabric, please contact our Concierge. Samples are available at a slight charge for many of our fabrics.
WARRANTIES AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS - We will provide you with all of the warranties and care instructions provided to us by the manufacturer. WE MAY MAKE EXPRESS WARRANTIES CONCERNING YOUR PURCHASE, HOWEVER, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTIBILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED.
ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT - We believe that preservation of our planet is a priority for all of us. As such, Tournesol reuses packaging material - "peanuts" and "bubble wrap" - when possible. We also reuse cardboard boxes in which we receive merchandise from our suppliers. We hope that you will too!
LAW OF PENNSYLVANIA - The law of Pennsylvania governs all transactions conducted on this website. Jurisdiction of any matter arising out of the use of this website is solely in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
CHANGES TO OUR POLICIES - We reserve the right to modify, add or change any of our policies, as we choose. Changes are effective immediately when posted on this website and will replace any prior inconsistent policy.
