Haiti

My last blog was about the success of a group of cacao farmers making organic chocolate in the Dominican Republic.  Today, our thoughts and prayers are with their neighbors on the island of Hispaniola, the Haitian people, in the aftermath of the earthquake that has devastated the nation.  As supplies and donations begin to pour into Haiti, it is at least encouraging to see the world come together as a community to help people in distress.
